1. Rydzaa refers to the company and technology platform that connects customer (riders) with independent crews
(drivers).
2. Users include both customers and crews (drivers) who register and use the Rydzaa app.
3. Service refers to ride-booking and transportation services offered through the app.
4. Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Service.
5. Users must provide accurate, up-to-date personal information and keep their profiles current.
6. GPS and location services must remain active during any booked ride.
7. Once a ride is confirmed, it constitutes a binding commitment; cancellations without valid reasons may incur
penalties.
8. Applicable taxes, platform fees, surge pricing, and tolls may be added to the fare.
9. Payment options include UPI, credit/debit cards, wallet balances, and cash; cash trips require exact change.
10. Refunds are issued only in cases of driver no-show or system error and processed within 5–7 business days.
11. Rydzaa operates solely as a technology aggregator; drivers are independent contractors, not employees.
12. Rydzaa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left in a vehicle.
13. Rydzaa is not liable for delays, accidents, or events beyond its reasonable control.
14. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, fraud, abusive behaviour, or fake complaints.
15. Drivers must comply with all local laws; customers must not coerce drivers into illegal driving practices.
16. Customers must be ready at pickup within five minutes; repeated no-shows risk account suspension.
17. Frequent last-minute cancellations beyond two free per day incur a ₹25 fee and may lower booking priority.
18. Routes and stops must be pre-entered in the app; unplanned changes may incur extra charges or refusals.
19. Passenger counts must not exceed vehicle capacity (2 for bikes, 3 for autos, 4–6 for cabs).
20. Eating, drinking, smoking, littering, or wilful damage inside the vehicle may incur cleaning or repair charges.
21. All waiting time after trip start is chargeable per the selected vehicle’s waiting-charge schedule.
22. Round trips must return on the same day; extensions require booking a package trip with extra-day charges.
23. Promotional codes and discounts are subject to expiration dates and additional terms; Rydzaa may modify or
revoke promotions at any time.
24. Price estimates are indicative; final fares depend on actual distance travelled, time taken, and dynamic pricing.
25. Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the app’s functionality.
26. Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials; any unauthorized access is their
liability.
27. Rydzaa may contact users for service updates, feedback, or marketing unless they opt out in app settings.
28. Use of the Service is at each user’s own risk; Rydzaa disclaims any warranties beyond those required by law.
29. Links to third-party websites or services within the app do not imply endorsement; users engage at their own
discretion.
30. These Terms may be updated at any time; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
31. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
32. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of your registered State or City.
1. Crews (Drivers) must maintain a valid driving license, vehicle registration, insurance, and any required local
permits.
2. Crews (Drivers) are independent contractors; they set their own hours, handle their own taxes, fuel, and vehicle
upkeep.
3. Rydzaa operates only as an online aggregator and does not own or operate vehicles.
4. Once a ride is accepted, the assigned driver must complete it personally; ride transfers to another person are
prohibited.

7. Unauthorized route deviations without customer or system approval are not allowed and may incur fines.
8. Crews (Drivers) must respond to and accept all nearby ride requests; selective acceptance may reduce future ride

9. Crews (Drivers) must arrive at pickup points punctually; unexcused lateness may lead to penalties.
10. Crews (Drivers) must obey all local traffic laws, safety regulations, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and hygiene.
11. Helmets (for bikes) and seatbelts (for cabs) are mandatory for both crews (drivers) and passengers.
12. Driving under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other intoxicants results in immediate platform removal and
legal reporting.
13. Toll fees are billed separately and paid directly by the customer; crews (drivers) should collect these at pickup or
drop-off.
14. Parking, entry charges in package trips are not included in the fare and must be settled by the customer.
15. Round trips must conclude on the same day; extensions incur per-day minimum ride charges for each extra day.
16. Fare calculations, commissions, and any surge pricing are outlined in the monthly invoice; crews (drivers) agree to
these terms.
17. Payments are processed monthly; invoices are issued on the last day of each month and are due immediately upon
receipt.
18. Continued payment delays beyond seven days may lead to temporary suspension of ride-credit access.
19. Crews (Drivers) earning over ₹500,000 in a financial year through Rydzaa may have TDS deducted from future
payouts per government regulations.
20. Under Section 9(5) of the CGST Act, Rydzaa remits GST on platform-booked rides; unregistered drivers need not file
GST returns for these rides unless they exceed threshold limits or have other taxable income.
21. Crews (Drivers) crossing the GST threshold (₹20 lakh annually or ₹10 lakh in special category states) must register
for GST and file returns independently.
22. Crews (Drivers) are responsible for any personal tax non-compliance; Rydzaa bears no liability for drivers’
independent tax obligations.
23. Crews (Drivers) must maintain a positive Advance Ride Credit balance to accept trips; insufficient balance may
incur a ₹50 daily penalty or blocked access.
24. Advance Ride Credit for package trips must be recharged within 24 hours post-trip; failure to recharge triggers
penalties or suspension.
25. Fraudulent activity—fake rides, duplicate accounts, fare manipulation, or demanding extra cash—results in
permanent account deactivation.
26. Crews (Drivers) must maintain a minimum driver rating as defined by Rydzaa; falling below this threshold may lead
to warnings or suspension.
27. Any disputes over billing or trip issues must be raised within 24 hours of ride completion via official support
channels.
28. Rydzaa may suspend or restrict driver access in cases of safety violations, fraud, misconduct, or repeated non
compliance.
29. Crews (Drivers) consent to monitoring of trip logs, GPS tracks, communication records, and ratings for quality
control and dispute resolution.
30. Continued violation of these terms may lead to system warnings, fines, temporary suspension, or permanent
offboarding.

2. Customers must be ready at pickup within 5 minutes of driver arrival; repeated no-shows may lead to account
suspension.
3. Frequent last-minute cancellations incur a ₹25 fee after two free cancellations per day and may lower booking

4. Cancellation is permitted only if the driver is over 10 minutes late, deviates from the app-generated route, or
behaves improperly.
5. Routes and stops must be pre-added in the app; unplanned stops or route changes may incur extra charges or
refusal.
6. Payment must match the app fare; for cash trips customers must carry exact change, and for online trips must
verify payment before trip end.
7. Toll fees are paid directly to the driver from the fare; Rydzaa does not collect toll charges.
8. Parking, entry charges in package trips are payable by the customer and not included in the fare.
9. Sightseeing charges in package trips apply per location and vehicle type as predefined in the app.
10. Trips extending beyond booked days incur the per-day minimum ride charge for each extra day added.
11. Round trips must return on the same day; multi-day round trips must be booked as package trips.
12. Waiting time after trip start is chargeable according to the waiting charges of the selected vehicle type.
13. Helmets (for bikes) and seatbelts (for cabs) are mandatory; failure to comply may result in ride termination.
14. Passenger count must not exceed vehicle capacity (2 on bike, 3 on auto, 4–6 on cab); overcrowding may cause
cancellation or penalties.
15. Customers must not eat, drink, smoke, litter, or damage the vehicle; cleaning or damage charges (₹100–₹150) may
apply.
16. Customers must not abuse, harass, threaten, or coerce drivers to break traffic laws; violations may lead to ban or
legal action.
17. The Rydzaa app must remain updated with location services on; fake bookings, promo misuse, or false complaints
may suspend accounts.
18. Any issues during or after rides must be reported via the app or support; Rydzaa aims to resolve complaints within
24–48 hours.
19. Billing disputes must be raised within 24 hours of ride completion via Rydzaa support channels.
20. Invoices are stored according to GST law and retained for at least six years; archived records may be retrieved on
request.
21. Customers must not harass drivers or damage property; misconduct may lead to permanent blacklist.
22. Customers must pay as per ride type—cash or online—before trip completion; payment failure may block future
bookings.
23. Customers must accept fare adjustments if they alter the route or add unplanned stops during the trip.
24. Price estimates displayed in the app are indicative; actual fare may vary based on distance, time, and dynamic
pricing.
25. Surge or peak pricing may apply during high demand; customers consent to dynamic fare multipliers.
26. Customers may not contact drivers outside the app; all communication must occur through anonymized in-app
channels.
27. Customers consent to monitoring of trip logs, GPS data, and communication records for safety and dispute
resolution.
28. Rydzaa may suspend or restrict customer access for fraud, safety violations, or repeated non-compliance.
29. Advance booking is subject to driver availability and may require pre-authorization of payment.
30. Premium vehicle requests, special-access locations, or additional services may incur extra fees.
31. Group bookings over standard capacity must be arranged in advance; unauthorized large-group requests may be
cancelled.
32. Rydzaa reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, vehicle
breakdown).
33. Customers agree to abide by all applicable local traffic and safety laws while onboard.
34. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms; major changes will be notified via app alerts.
35. Customers have the right to rate drivers and provide feedback, which may influence future booking eligibility.
