3. Vehicle information (model, registration number, insurance details) is collected and verified for compliance.
4. The app logs GPS location, trip routes, pick-up/drop-off points, and timestamps for each ride.
5. Communication logs (including in-app messages and call records) are stored to resolve disputes and improve
service.
6. Tip history, rating metrics, and earnings data are retained to manage crew (driver) performance and payout
calculations.
7. Customer (rider) and crew (driver) contact details are masked during trips to protect privacy; only limited data
(name, vehicle type, rating) is shared for transparency.
8. Personal and trip-related data are stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
9. Financial data (advance ride credit balances, recharge history, invoice details, and TDS deductions) are retained

10. Advance ride credit balances remain valid for three years from the date of last ride activity; inactive balances are
automatically refunded.
11. Crew (Driver) invoices and transaction records are retained for a minimum of six years as required by GST
